It's a pretty sturdy release as well - but we'll hopefully be able to show you some pictures of the DVD in the wild shortly!

Extras:

We have enough extra content to have an entire "Bonus" DVD created for the first-print version of Sword of the Stranger! Without further ado here is a summary of what is on that DVD along with a bit more of a description of each:

Making of - Self explanatory really - we've got the Making Of video for Sword of the Stranger from our good friends at BEI and Bandai Visual and have included it on the DVD - so if you can't make it to the screening at the Barbican with the director and producer then you can get a bit of an insight into BONES' first original theatrical work.

Theatrical and TV trailers - A trailer can often be a window into what elements of the film may appeal to the audience in the country it's aired in. So if you want to see how this film was targeted to the audience in Japan - these will be very interesting to you!

Original short film - This is one of our personal favourite extras here at Beez! Sword of the Stranger was inspired by a short film produced and pitched internally at Studio BONES and both BEI in the US and ourselves have been lucky enough to be able to include that short film for you on the DVD release. If you're interested in how the original short differs to the film, this is well worth watching!

Once this limited print-run of Sword of the Stranger DVDs end this will vanish so best to get it while you can!
